The Factory loves to collaborate on regular creative programming and we are totally down to facilitate a qualifying creative event.

Facilities are available for a 3 hour minimum, and no later than 2 am.

Rates are as follows:

$199/hr - 3hr minimum - 8hr+ 15% discount

*If the above rates do not work for you, reach out to us about our work exchange program designed to make our space more accessible.

A deposit of 50% is due upon booking to secure a spot on our calendar. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Deposits for bookings canceled more than 30 days prior to the event are fully refundable. Those canceled within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

A scale map of the space is available upon request.
