About all that
We have the Factory #105 Art Gallery specifically to support the Factory on 5th through difficult startup years. We recognize the building exemplifies the exact sort of incoming development that will likely roll over the Factory on 5th in time. These gilded-facade new-development buildings are transient places with high turnover, absent of cohesive community & littered by gently worn home goods on eviction day. We will not need the Factory #105 Art Gallery to support the Factory on 5th for the long run. But as long as we have space in this gilded ramshackle we will use every single amenity to the fullest extent possible & we welcome you to do the same, it’s the punk thing to do.
- Co-working space with conference room, 3 private work rooms & free coffee + printer
- Resort-style pool, dining & entertainment courtyard w/ beautiful old oak tree
- Entertainment club room w/ demo kitchen & pool table
- Skyline club room and terrace w/ downtown view
