Lessor, on the dates and times set forth herein, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, hereby grants to Lessee a license to use The Factory on 5th ("Facility") for the Filigree Theatre's Season 6 ("Event") to be held on 09/29/2024-10/21/2024, 02/02/2025-02/24/2025 & 04/13/2025-05/05/2025.
Access to the Facility for deliveries, set design, build and installation, and rehearsals will commence at 09:00AM on 08/25/2024 and will end at 09:00PM on 05/12/2025 and may be secured by selecting open time on the Factory on 5th Event Calendar (www.factoryon5th.com/event-calendar) and notifying Lessor.
